Borrowing the Old English rhyme ("Something Olde, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue") Cindy has created a collection of jewelry that uses all of the four objects from this rhyme. The tradition is for the bride to carry or wear these four objects on her wedding day. The items are used for good luck but are usually more important to the bride because the little objects are tokens of love from a mother, sister, relative or friend. The tradition represents continuity, optimism, purity, love, fidelity, prosperity and happiness. This tradition inspired the naming of the pieces in the collection but the designer just wants everyone who wears one of her pieces to feel glamorous and a little trendy.
